Notes
Preheat the oven: Ensure that the oven is heated to 180 degrees Celsius (or 350 degrees Fahrenheit) before roasting the cherry tomatoes. This will allow for even cooking and caramelization.
Toss with olive oil and seasonings: Coat the cherry tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil, along with salt, pepper, and finely chopped rosemary and garlic. Toss them well to ensure that each tomato is evenly coated with the flavors.
Roasting time: Roast the cherry tomatoes in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or longer, depending on your desired level of caramelization. Keep an eye on them and adjust the cooking time as needed to achieve the desired texture and flavor.
Cooling process: Once the tomatoes are roasted to perfection, allow them to cool slightly before handling. This will prevent any potential burns and allow the flavors to intensify.
Toss with pasta or use as desired: Roasted cherry tomatoes with rosemary and garlic make a delightful addition to pasta dishes. Once cooled, toss them with your favorite cooked pasta to create a flavorful and vibrant meal. However, you can also use the roasted tomatoes as a topping for pizzas, salads, or as a delicious accompaniment to grilled meats or fish.
