Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes

  • 4 cloves Garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon. Olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon. finely chopped Rosemary

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and finely chopped rosemary and garlic.
  3. Roast for 30 minutes or longer.
  4. Cool then toss with pasta.
