Herb Infused Tea Tips

If you want to do just a really fun, easy summer drink, it doesn't get any easier than sun tea. I don't think a lot of people realize you can make fresh sun tea with your herbs, with your flowers and we'll have a recipe for you have one that I make every single summer. Imagine creating cute little labels on them! I mean, does it get any more fun than that? A bunch of really craft style, little sun tea jars. It's their little keepsake that they bring home with them. And you could even put the little recipe on the jar, so if they like it, they can make it again.

How to Make Sun Infused Tea

Basically, you can grab any herbs you want to make infused tea. This is where you can get creative. Our favorite combo is mint and lemon balm! Grab some sprigs of mint and toss them all into a big or small jar. Also, you can make little jars and just use either half-gallon or quart-size Mason jars to make individual ones, which is really fun! Then you can do a bunch of different flavors, you can put in berries, you can put in flowers, anything like that, fill it up with your warm to hot water, and then set it out in the sun for six to eight hours. It will infuse and then cool. Pop it in your fridge and you can have sun tea!
